Reporting to the CFO, you will play a vital role in the organization’s operations by managing office technology, vendor relationships, and administrative processes. An ideal fit for problem-solvers who enjoy diverse responsibilities, you will support employee engagement and ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee employee onboarding and hardware deployment
• Track office and IT asset inventories accurately
• Serve as primary liaison for IT service providers
• Provide administrative support and coordinate office supplies
• Help with technology procurement and invoice reconciliation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in administration or IT support
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting technology issues
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite is required
• Organizational and time management skills are essential
• Relevant postsecondary education is advantageous
