Alice is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist in Downtown to enhance client interactions. Emphasizing fluency in English and Mandarin, this position offers flexible scheduling options.
As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries and appointments. This role involves basic administrative tasks and excellent communication skills to provide a positive client experience. Experience is not strictly necessary, as training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and assist with appointment bookings
• Answer phone calls and resolve client inquiries promptly
• Use English and Mandarin for effective communication
• Maintain documentation and assist with clerical duties

Requirements:
