You will utilize your analytical skills to process data, maintain records, and respond to client inquiries effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process files for data entry
• Maintain and update client records accurately
• Answer client inquiries and provide timely responses
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports as needed
• Provide general administrative support tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Client service experience preferred
• Experience in data review and entry
• Analytical and communication skills
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
