Be a vital part of MNP's US Corporate Tax as a Full-Time Administrative Assistant. Manage various clerical tasks, while enhancing our operational efficiency on-site.
As a key member of MNP’s administration team, you will support both clients and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include preparing documents, coordinating schedules, and taking meeting minutes. Collaboratively improving work processes is a core part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute diverse administrative and clerical duties efficiently
• Create and modify presentations, reports, and letters
• Archive meeting minutes and ensure effective distribution
• Keep internal databases updated with accurate information
• Coordinate meetings and manage travel arrangements effectively
Requirements:
• Completed post-secondary education in administration is a plus
• Relevant administrative work experience is advantageous
• Strong skills in organization and time management
• Ability to manage several tasks at once
• Exceptional attention to detail and collaborative spirit
