Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio Operations, this role requires proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to user satisfaction. You will assist with daily management tasks, bolster tenant relations through events, and ensure a high standard of service delivery. This position aligns with Allied’s mission of enhancing urban work spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address day-to-day user inquiries and concerns
• Facilitate collaboration with technical teams for swift problem-solving
• Develop and organize tenant appreciation initiatives
• Enhance property communication and project execution
• Assist in urgent situations, ensuring quick responses
Requirements:
• 2-5 years in a customer-focused administrative capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Previous experience with Yardi is a plus
