Join the Canada Lands Company as an Office Administration Coordinator, where you will manage various administrative tasks efficiently while being the first point of contact for visitors. This role combines organization, documentation, and customer service to enhance the office experience.
You will play a vital role in supporting the Attractions and Real Estate teams at the Downsview Park office. Responsibilities include preparing documents, maintaining office supplies, and managing logistics for meetings and events. Candidates should possess a solid background in office administration, including experience in client relations, and will benefit from proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and track procurement documents and reports
• Maintain office supply inventory and service requests
• Schedule meetings, including logistics and catering
• Assist with visitor hosting and onboarding processes
• Oversee event management and coordination
Requirements:
• Minimum high school diploma, post-secondary preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant office experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams
• French/English bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience in real estate environments is ideal
