Join Fuller Landau as an Administrative Assistant and leverage your administrative expertise in a hybrid work model. This role involves supporting our Audit Partners and engaging with clients and teams.
You will be instrumental in preparing financial statements and managing client onboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives under pressure, and has 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles within accounting or professional services. Your organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks will be crucial, especially during the busy tax season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Format financial reports and client deliverables using Case View
• Oversee conflict checks from initiation to resolution
• Support client onboarding through Microsoft Dynamics
• Keep organized and secure files, digital and physical
• Prepare and submit Partner expense reports
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in an accounting setting
• Proven experience in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with Case Ware/Case View is mandatory
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
