This casual role reports directly to the Clinical Manager across multiple sites. You will be vital in providing secretarial and clerical services, managing office schedules, and ensuring effective communication within the team. Having expertise in OHIP billing and a solid command of medical terminology will be essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial and clerical services to medical staff
• Type documents and maintain professional communication
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments
• Oversee billing procedures and budget records
• Supervise lower classified clerical staff
Requirements:
• Grade XII completion or equivalent
• Diploma in medical office administration
• One year of medical administrative support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with healthcare environments
