Elevate your career as a Product Coordinator supporting the Buyer for Notions. This full-time role focuses on managing samples, inventory, and vendor relationships effectively.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills. The Product Coordinator will create purchase orders, prepare product information, and ensure timely deliveries. Regular communication with vendors and internal teams is key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and monitor purchase orders for timely deliveries
• Update product information, including pricing and order details
• Coordinate bi-weekly information distribution with Head Office
• Organize the sample room inventory for easy access
• Provide administrative support to the Buyer on various tasks
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Preferred two years of sewing experience
• Previous retail or buying experience is beneficial
