Event Coordinator - Client Relations

Position: Event Coordinator - Client Relations Role
Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP seeks a Client Relations & Event Coordinator in Toronto to elevate client experiences through meticulous event planning and coordination.

As part of the Client Relations & Marketing team, you'll manage a variety of events and seminars while overseeing client gifting and administrative support.

Your role will require keen organizational skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, including C-suite executives. Familiarity with event management tools will be beneficial as you collaborate across departments to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality virtual and in-person events

• Handle client gifting and maintain timely inventory

• Administer holiday gifting programs with precision

• Coordinate ticket allocations for sporting events

• Maintain the National Event Tracker for accuracy

Requirements:

• Degree in business, marketing, or related field

• 1-3 years' experience in event coordination

• Microsoft Office expertise required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities in a corporate environment
