In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere in the design-focused showroom. With over two years of experience in administrative roles, you will ensure that the showroom is organized, spotless, and ready for guests by managing cleanliness and ambiance. Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital as you greet visitors and coordinate hospitality needs, ensuring they feel welcomed during meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain overall cleanliness and presentation of the showroom
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
• Support event logistics and vendor coordination
• Manage administrative tasks with calendar updates and Salesforce
• Track inventory and samples efficiently
Requirements:
• 2+ years in an administrative or hospitality role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable proactively resolving issues
