Fairlawn Physiotherapy is seeking a dedicated part-time Office Administrator to join our team. This role requires working 2-3 evenings during the week and one weekend day, with opportunities to increase hours. You will play a key role in providing high-quality care through managing phone calls, patient bookings, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Greet clients and assist with inquiries
• Book new and returning patients in clinic
• Take payments and handle POS transactions
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Friendly and approachable with a focus on assisting others
