In your role, you will handle critical administrative tasks including updating loan info and processing solicitor reports. You’ll play an essential part in maintaining accuracy within our internal mortgage system while liaising with external partners to resolve inquiries efficiently. Your success will be supported by a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain current client and mortgage information accurately
• Audit registered documents to ensure compliance
• Update internal files with Final Report and details
• Execute 120-day follow-up for final report packages
• Address inquiries from solicitors effectively
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
• Administration experience preferred
• Strong detail-oriented and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
