Join Colliers as a Senior Lease Administrator in a hybrid setup in Toronto. Focus on managing complex lease accounts while enhancing client relationships through effective communication.
In this role, you will lead the lease administration functions, ensuring that all client contracts are accurate and up-to-date within the Work Trac system. You will also prepare impactful reports and communicate essential lease information to clients. Building governance programs and identifying risks will be critical to maintaining service excellence in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client interactions regarding lease matters
• Develop and track lease governance programs
• Review billing and rental payments accuracy
• Prepare monthly payment schedules and manage A/R
• Resolve landlord and client disputes effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in lease administration or property management
• Familiarity with commercial database systems
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Degree in a relevant field preferred
