Position: Administrative Clerk for Outpatient Services
Provide vital clerical support for Outpatient Services with a focus on administrative tasks and customer service. This role involves scheduling, reporting, and ensuring quality client care across departments.

The Administrative Clerk will assist in the coordination and scheduling of services for Wellness Clinics and Ministry-funded Ambulatory Care Services. You will manage communications with healthcare teams, insurance adjusters, and clients to facilitate smooth operations. Your administrative skills will be essential for preparing reports, managing client data, and ensuring compliance with various regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule initial and treatment services with various stakeholders

• Compose and edit WSIB accountability reports monthly

• Coordinate assessments and clinic schedules effectively

• Prepare and manage new client charts in the system

• Facilitate effective communication with clients and partners

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma required with medical terminology preferred

• Minimum three years of administrative experience

• Insurance industry experience necessary

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong customer service and communication skills
