You will support executives and senior leaders by managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements. Your expertise in organization will ensure smooth office operations and event coordination while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail throughout various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive administrative support to senior leaders
• Manage calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
• Coordinate office events and meeting logistics
• Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships
• Assist with document management and records
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in administration or executive support
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders
