Our client, a Burlington-based boutique investment firm, is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. This role, which is 100% in-office, is well-suited to an administrative-focused professional who is self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a professional office environment. If you enjoy focused work, problem-solving, and taking ownership of your responsibilities, this opportunity may be a robust fit.

This position is designed to strengthen the firm’s investment administration function and serve as a key support and back-up to an established fund administrator. You will play an important role in ensuring accuracy, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the firm’s investment operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of investment documentation, including subscription agreements, investor on-boarding materials, and internal approval processes.
  • Coordinate collection and verification of investor information and maintain accurate records and internal systems.
  • Be the initial point of contact for advisor-related enquiries and providing information relating to funds, portfolios, prices, distributions, and fund dealing procedures.
  • Ensure office facilities and common areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in an administrative role, looking to work and grow in the field of administration
  • Technologically savvy with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to solve problems with minimal oversight
