As the Executive Assistant at TFS, you will be the backbone of the Business Office, overseeing crucial tasks such as calendar management, communication with visitors, and handling contracts. Your bilingual skills will enhance interactions with stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience for parents and staff. This position demands confidentiality and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for the Business Office
• Manage the CFO’s calendar and schedule meetings
• Oversee contracts and ensure renewals are timely
• Support financial duties including AP and AR processes
• Manage daily office operations and supplies
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
• At least 5 years in a bilingual administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Google Suite experience is a plus
• Strong customer service-oriented approach
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
