In this client-facing role, you'll support a high-end design showroom by ensuring spaces are organized, presentation-ready, and aligned with brand standards. Your daily tasks will include conducting walkthroughs, managing guest arrivals, and overseeing hospitality needs. You'll also handle administrative duties such as calendar management, Salesforce updates, and inventory tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
• Serve as the first point of contact for guests
• Coordinate arrivals and hospitality during meetings
• Manage calendar and Salesforce updates
• Support event logistics and vendor coordination
Requirements:
• 2+ years in an administrative or hospitality role
• Strong attention to detail and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Highly organized with multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
