Elevate your career in property management with Realstar as a Portfolio Administrator. This role emphasizes financial operations and administrative tasks for residential properties to ensure smooth revenue processing and compliance.
As a Portfolio Administrator, you will be integral in supporting a designated portfolio of rental properties.
Your role includes accurate revenue transaction processing in Yardi, maintaining tenant accounts, and preparing essential reports. Moreover, you will ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to process improvements as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and enter revenue-related transactions in Yardi
• Reconcile monthly rent rolls and tenant ledgers
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on payments
• Maintain organized resident files and support audit requirements
• Act as a liaison between on-site teams and corporate office
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in administrative or property management roles
• Proficient in accounting software, preferably Yardi
• Strong communication skills in English;
French is an asset
• Attention to detail with data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
