The Remedial Measures Program is seeking two full-time Administrative Secretaries for a one-year contract. This role focuses on clerical duties, data entry, and enhancing program efficiency through solid communication skills.
As an Administrative Secretary, your contributions are vital to the Remedial Measures Program's success. You will perform general clerical tasks, manage statistical records, and ensure effective communication with participants. Candidates should demonstrate versatility in handling various administrative duties with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive clerical support and data entry
• Facilitate registration processes for program participants
• Compile and maintain participant flow statistics
• Generate necessary reports and support financial processes
• Conduct filing, photocopying, and document editing
Requirements:
• Diploma and 3 years of relevant clerical experience
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and database management
• Preferred background in call centres
• Must have government clearance
Support the Remedial Measures Program with your administrative skills and attention to detail.
