The Kalemi Team is seeking a highly organized individual with 2-5 years of real estate administrative experience. You will handle documents, client databases, and oversee communication with lawyers, brokers, and photographers. Proficiency in tools like Follow Up Boss, Docu Sign, and Canva Pro is required to support the team's needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage transactions, documents, and deadlines efficiently
• Coordinate with lawyers, brokers, and vendors directly
• Create engaging marketing materials using Canva
• Handle social media content and manage engagement
• Support basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of relevant real estate administrative experience
• Proficiency with CRM tools and real estate software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license for GTA travel
• Full-time in-office commitment, five days a week
