This role requires 3-5 years of experience in lease administration or legal settings. You will oversee the drafting and reviewing of lease documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout. Proficiency in Yardi or similar systems is essential for maintaining the leasing database. Your communication skills will be vital for addressing inquiries from tenants and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and maintain lease agreements and their amendments
• Abstract lease terms into property management software
• Act as a key contact for internal/external lease inquiries
• Track important lease deadlines and terms
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely renewals
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Yardi systems
• High attention to detail in reviewing contracts
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines
