In this full-time position, you will support various third-party logistics, installation, and service partners to enhance delivery performance. You will be responsible for overseeing invoicing processes, compliance tracking, and addressing service-related issues. Your adaptability and communication skills will be vital in monitoring and improving external service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for external service providers
• Audit and validate invoices to ensure accuracy
• Track and monitor compliance with service contracts
• Manage customer satisfaction and service scorecards
• Address corrective action plans following service failures
Requirements:
• Strong skills in administration and coordination
• Experience with third-party service providers
• Detail-oriented with invoice review skills
• Effective at managing stakeholder communications
• Bilingual in French is advantageous
