This role encompasses overseeing the daily office activities, providing administrative support, and ensuring all procedures are followed. You’ll be responsible for managing vendor invoicing, responding to inquiries, and preparing detailed reports for management review. • Manage daily office operations and workflows
• Respond to customer and supplier inquiries promptly
• Process, pay, and track invoices for accuracy
• Maintain inventory for office supplies and more
• Prepare reports and correspondence as needed
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in office administration
• Must have AP/AR experience
• 1+ year of experience with Sage or Quick Books
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Organized and dependable with a focused approach
