As an Evidence Management Associate, you will join a dynamic team, providing organizational support and executing procedures that align with industry guidelines. Your responsibilities will include managing evidence inventory, generating reports, and ensuring a secure evidence room. Collaboration across departments will be key as you provide status updates and assist in quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and document incoming evidence accurately
• Upload and download data from secure servers
• Manage storage of evidence at multiple locations
• Assist in quality control of client deliverables
• Participate in evidence destruction requests
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 0 - 2 years in IT Support or data handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
