Join First National in Toronto as an Administrator II in the Third Party Services Team. In this full-time role, you will manage loan updates, process reports, and liaise with external solicitors efficiently.
As the Third Party Services Administrator, your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate client information and ensuring compliance with our established guidelines. You will also handle the auditing of registered charges and assist with final report packages following established timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Update client and mortgage information consistently
• Ensure accuracy of registered documents and request amendments
• Process Final Report and Registration updates timely
• Liaise with solicitors for inquiries and follow-ups
• Resolve discrepancies as they arise
Requirements:
• Education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Previous office administration experience preferred
• High degree of organization with attention to detail
• Capacity to work well under pressure
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
