Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project tracking and reporting under project manager's direction
• Manage both electronic and paper project filing systems
• Schedule and organize project meetings, keeping the team informed
• Update the Deltek VantagePoint Project Management system accurately
• Draft client correspondence and assist with invoicing
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with BIM and computer-aided design preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information
