Become a pivotal Executive Assistant at Nutra Champs, headquartered in Toronto. This role emphasizes proactive project coordination and operational support in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
The Executive Assistant reports directly to the COO and is integral to driving key business strategies. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate challenges while supporting the executive team. This dynamic role encompasses communication, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support COO and executive team in strategic operations
• Prepare materials for meetings and presentations
• Coordinate interactions with vendors and stakeholders
• Manage documentation and company policies
• Facilitate planning for company events and initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years supporting executive leadership
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Excellent problem-solving and judgment skills
• Experience with Asana or similar organizational tools
