This role reports to the Document Control Lead and focuses on coordinating all document management tasks, including archiving, distribution, and compliance verification. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in document control and exhibit keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee technical documentation processes and archives
• Facilitate communication with project and document control teams
• Conduct quality checks and ensure document accuracy
• Support project teams with pertinent information retrieval
• Streamline review workflows for documentation approval
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Document Management
• Document control experience in construction settings
• Knowledge of document management software and MS Office
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage workload in a busy environment
