With a minimum of five years' experience, you will be key to handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and improving processes through technology. • Arrange complex travel schedules following policies

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant
• Background in financial services or tech advantageous
• Highly organized with strong relationship-building skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools
• Comfort in working independently under pressure
