Your Responsibilities
  • You’ll manage a complex and ever‑evolving executive calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimized
  • You’ll coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics, including frequent arrangements within Canada
  • You’ll triage and manage communications, including inbox oversight and stakeholder correspondence
  • You’ll support board operations, including preparing materials, managing secure documentation, and coordinating meetings
  • You’ll assist with expenses, reporting, and the preparation of presentations and executive‑level documents
  • You’ll coordinate offsite meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly
Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C‑level or senior executives
  • Demonstrated experience providing board‑level administrative support, including board packages and meeting coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive support tools
  • High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or professional services is strongly preferred
