- You’ll triage and manage communications, including inbox oversight and stakeholder correspondence
- You’ll support board operations, including preparing materials, managing secure documentation, and coordinating meetings
- You’ll assist with expenses, reporting, and the preparation of presentations and executive‑level documents
- You’ll coordinate offsite meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C‑level or senior executives
- Demonstrated experience providing board‑level administrative support, including board packages and meeting coordination
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and executive support tools
- High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
- Experience in financial services, banking, or professional services is strongly preferred
