As a part-time Leasing & Site Administrator with BGO, you will engage directly with residents while ensuring all leasing processes run smoothly. This on-site role requires efficient multitasking and communication skills during weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., positioned for those freelancing or studying.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle lease documentation and resident communications
• Conduct thorough move-in inspections for new residents
• Manage resident parking and conduct public relations
• Drive property tours and assist with leasing inquiries
• Support administrative functions as needed
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in sales or administrative roles
• High school diploma mandatory; college preferred
• Proficiency in Yardi and other computer applications
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Police clearance required for employment
