Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a multi-line telephone system for effective communication

• Take detailed messages and respond to customer inquiries

• Maintain cleanliness of the reception area

• Process customer payments and accounts efficiently

• Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Previous reception/customer service experience required

• Familiarity with dealership settings and vehicle maintenance is an asset

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
