This role requires managing the CFO's busy calendar, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations. You will handle financial administrative support, including vendor management and assisting with contract renewals. Successful candidates will demonstrate a vibrant customer service approach and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the primary contact for visitors to the Business Office
• Coordinate the CFO's calendar, meetings, and virtual calls
• Organize and manage administrative policies and contracts
• Provide accounts payable and administrative assistance
• Maintain office supplies and distribute resources efficiently
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
• 5 years' experience as an administrator, bilingual required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
