Join Aviso Wealth as a Bilingual Transfers Administrator for a six-month contract supporting the Transfers team.

Your role will encompass processing transfers and managing inquiries, ensuring client-centric service delivery.

As a Bilingual Transfers Administrator, you will report to the Supervisor of Transfers. Your key responsibilities include monitoring transfer requests, collaborating closely with colleagues, and handling escalated inquiries effectively. This role is ideal for individuals eager to contribute positively within a dynamic environment and expand their expertise in financial administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process transfer requests per service level agreements

• Monitor and manage transfers mailbox for inquiries

• Initiate manual and ATON transfers accurately

• Provide operational support for transfers to external institutions

• Review completed transfer documents and ensure proper filing

Requirements:

• 1-2 years back-office admin experience in finance

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Attention to detail with high accuracy

• Fluency in English and French required

• Ability to work standard EST hours
