Our client is looking for an organized Property Administrator to manage a high-volume residential portfolio. In this position, you will collaborate closely with Property Managers and become a key liaison for residents, ensuring effective operations. Ideal for those who enjoy a mix of administrative duties and resident engagement in a vibrant setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional support for resident inquiries and concerns
• Manage resident documentation accurately using Yardi
• Coordinate leasing processes including applications and agreements
• Handle rent collection and follow up on outstanding payments
• Support communication with prepared notices for residents
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in property administration or management
• Strong customer service skills for sensitive situations
• Experience with Yardi or similar systems preferred
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
