Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Compliance team with daily administrative needs

• Maintain and organize compliance documentation and records

• Support documentation reviews and insurance assessments

• Gather business requirements for process improvements

• Participate in projects aimed at operational enhancements

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; relevant education in finance or business

• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills

• Understanding of process improvement concepts

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with no-code tools is a plus

• Strong communication skills and independent work ethic
