Cogir Senior Living is looking for a dedicated Receptionist who will report to on-site management. Your responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, greeting and directing visitors, and providing answers to inquiries. This position demands strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming calls professionally and positively
• Greet, assist, and direct all visitors ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain an organized and stocked reception area
• Sort and manage internal and external mail effectively
• Arrange meeting room schedules and bookings
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous reception experience preferred
• Professional telephone manner and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
