Multi-Residential | Yardi | Leasing & Resident Relations

Scarborough $42,000–$50,000 CAD + Year-End Performance Bonus Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM On-Site | Full time | Permanent

We are actively hiring 2 experienced Property Administrators to join a professionally managed 300-unit apartment community in Scarborough. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong multi-residential property management experience, Yardi expertise, and knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) processes. Key Responsibilities Resident & Lease Administration
  • Manage tenant files, lease documentation, renewals, rent increases, and payment tracking
  • Prepare notices and documentation related to the RTA/LTB, including collections, chargebacks, notices, and compliance matters
  • Coordinate move‑ins and move‑outs, including elevator bookings and resident communication
  • Respond professionally to resident concerns, complaints, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate resident records including parking, lockers, fobs, emergency contacts, and unit data
Property Operations & Vendor Coordination
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and work orders through Yardi Breeze
  • Track vendor contracts, insurance certificates, and service agreements
  • Monitor open work orders and follow through to completion
  • Assist with unit inspections, renovations, vacancy readiness, and progress tracking
  • Upload photos, documents, and project updates into systems
Leasing & Reporting Support
  • Support vacant unit marketing, showings, applicant vetting, and leasing activity
  • Assist leadership with occupancy reports, rent rolls, financial variance reporting, and administrative projects
What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in multi‑residential apartment administration or leasing
  • Experience supporting communities of 200+ units preferred
  • Solid knowledge of Ontario Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and LTB procedures
  • Proficiency with Yardi / Yardi Breeze
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Qualified, dependable, and service‑oriented attitude
  • Criminal background check required
Preferred
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Experience handling renovations, inspections, or capital projects
Compensation & Schedule

$42,000–$50,000 annually (based on experience) Year‑End Performance Bonus Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
