In this role, you will act as a Resident Ambassador, addressing tenant needs and elevating satisfaction levels, while also taking charge of essential administrative tasks as an Operations Guru. Proficiency in customer service and MS Office is crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for residents
• Manage administration tasks, including payment collection
• Conduct property inspections to ensure quality
• Support new resident onboarding and inquiries
• Help meet leasing objectives through property exposure
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service or related fields
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Proficient in MS Office with SAP knowledge beneficial
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary
