Veeva is looking for a dedicated Front Office Coordinator to oversee reception and hospitality functions. This position demands exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. You will assist with facility needs, coordinate various events, and ensure a clean, inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
• Provide excellent service to address office-related needs
• Coordinate team meetings, lunches, and social activities
• Manage building maintenance requests and vendor coordination
• Ensure the reception area is well-stocked and presentable
Requirements:
• Must work in-office daily from 8 AM to 5 PM
• Experience in customer service or front office roles
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
