This role offers hands-on experience in data management and administrative support within a public sector environment.
We are searching for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a 12-month contract. In this entry-level role, you’ll collaborate with a Senior Clerk to ensure accurate data entry and documentation maintenance. This position not only enhances your data handling skills but also provides valuable exposure to administrative processes and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily data entry and maintain internal databases
• Assist with document management and records maintenance
• Support accurate invoice processing and purchase orders
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets for operational tasks
• Respond to administrative inquiries and provide clerical support
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or data entry experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective professional communication and customer service skills
