As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Office Manager who will play a key role in helping keep our office running smoothly, supporting our team, and creating a positive and organized workplace experience.
The RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Toronto office.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys creating structure and systems, and takes pride in building a welcoming and efficient workplace. You will be responsible for office operations, vendor coordination, workplace organization, team support, and helping ensure the office functions smoothly for employees, guests, and leadership.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and ensure the workplace remains organized, functional, and welcoming
- Manage office supplies, inventory, kitchen supplies, and general workplace needs
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleaners, and external vendors
- Act as the primary point of contact for building management and office-related service providers
- Help maintain office systems, processes, and workplace organization standards
- Support workspace planning, meeting room coordination, and office setup needs
- Assist with onboarding logistics including desk setup, office access, and equipment coordination
- Ensure common areas, kitchens, meeting rooms, and shared spaces are consistently maintained
- Support employee communication related to office operations and workplace logistics
- Assist with invoice coordination, office-related expense tracking, and vendor documentation
Support shipping, couriers, mail distribution, and office deliveries - Maintain organized records for office vendors, subscriptions, and operational contracts
- Assist leadership and cross-functional teams with operational and administrative projects as needed
- Help improve office systems and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and organization
- Support office health and safety initiatives and workplace policies
- Help coordinate office procedures related to emergencies, building communications, and workplace compliance requirements
- Ensure office operations align with company policies and operational standards
- 2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, administration, or a similar role
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, approachable, and service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable handling confidential or sensitive information with discretion
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and general office tools
- Experience coordinating vendors, events, or office logistics is considered an asset
- Experience working in media, entertainment, startup, or creative environments is considered an asset

This is an in-office role based in Downtown Toronto. This role is expected to be physically in office 5 days per week.
