As a vital member of the team, you'll report directly to the Manager of Third Party Services. Your responsibilities will include auditing documents, processing reports, and addressing inquiries from solicitors. Key Responsibilities:
• Update client and mortgage information accurately
• Audit registered documents based on guidelines
• Process Final Reports and Registration details
• Follow-up with solicitors for report packages
• Assist with inquiries from external parties
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred
• Prior administrative experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Robust communication and teamwork skills
