Toronto Real Estate Brokerage Administrator

This role is designed for individuals with a solid background in real estate brokerage operations. You'll manage reception duties, assist agents, and craft marketing materials. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience and a knack for organization, as well as communication skills critical for a fast-paced office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft agreements and manage transaction documents
• Load listings onto TRREB MLS accurately
• Welcome clients and assist agents at reception
• Organize and maintain deal files digitally and physically
• Manage social media accounts and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in a real estate brokerage
• Strong skills in Sky Slope and TRREB MLS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Broker Bay or similar systems
• Experience with marketing content creation tools
