BDO is looking for a Senior Administrative Professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on supporting teams with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
The successful candidate will become a key pillar of our Transfer Pricing Team r role will include providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing vital documents. You'll also ensure seamless client onboarding and assist in office administration, enabling smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist partners and teams with administrative tasks
• Edit and prepare key documents and presentations
• Oversee client onboarding and maintain records
• Compile data and conduct thorough research
• Manage invoicing and office correspondence
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a similar administrative position
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
• Committed to confidentiality in all matters
• Detail-oriented approach to work tasks
