As the Events Coordinator and Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining operations at B’nai Brith Canada. With 3-5 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for logistics and vendor management while executing various events. Your attention to detail and service orientation will bolster both internal and external relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth operations through office supply management
• Plan and execute major staff events and retreats
• Arrange travel for executives and staff members
• Process donations and oversee logistics
• Handle all on-site logistics during events
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration
• 3-5 years in office and event coordination
• High proficiency in MS Office and related software
• Experience in managing vendors and logistics
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication
