Elevate Broadridge's Sales operations as a Sales Support Administrator. Focus on administrative tasks, documentation accuracy, and collaboration within the sales teams.
This role provides essential support, overseeing the sales proposal process and maintaining internal documentation for accuracy. You will manage various tasks, ranging from proofreading documents to coordinating client events, all while ensuring efficient work within the sales framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee internal SOX approvals for proposals
• Edit and proof contracts and related materials
• Distribute signed proposals to necessary departments
• Track contracts through the Sales Tracking Log
• Prepare annual proxy proposal mail merges
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong proofreading and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to adapt and solve problems proactively
