Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and direct them appropriately
• Handle all incoming calls with clarity and professionalism
• Process licensing documents and vehicle stock entries
• Manage receipts and create deal/customer numbers
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in work areas
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year switchboard experience
• Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
